This is a recent project for the construction of a luxury hotel with bistro lounge, gym, indoor swimming pool, hydromassage pools, solarium and spa. The building is furnished throughout with first-rate, rare materials. Master Treatment Expert Rossetto worked extensively to protect and safeguard their beauty over time. The 70-day treatment on the sandstone required the use of no less than 7 Fila products: CLEANER Concentrated All Surface Cleaner, W68 oil-proofing protection agent, STOPDIRT dirt repellent, HYDROREP Water Repellent Solvent Based Sealer, SALVATERRAZZA, an anti-seepage consolidating sealer, MATT Protective Wax, and ALGACID anti-algae and anti-mold cleaner.
