Just two years after its launch, FILA’s Instant Remover, instant cleaner for fresh cement grout, has obtained a patent for both the product formula and as an application system with effective and certified final results.

Instant Remover’s ready-to-use formula eliminates fresh cement grout residue, including grout with additives, from porcelain and ceramic tile, glass mosaic and quarry tile. On large format tile, it’s perfect for preventing grout haze after installation (cement grout residue on the edges of the tile), and also for cleaning the back of the tile prior to installation. Instant Remover is also excellent for cleaning grouting tools.

Due to FILA’s RapidDry Technology, the product does not foam and can be applied during installation, quickly and without the need to rinse.

Instant Remover doesn’t damage grout joints, doesn’t harm aluminium and steel trims, and its compact, ergonomic spray bottle is designed to be used on site for hours on end. The product does not emit harmful fumes and can be applied indoors and outdoors, on floors and vertical surfaces.

The leading-edge solution was born out of a close partnership between FILA’s research laboratories and Assoposa’s Technical Committee – a solution destined to revolutionise the day-to-day activities of the installer and eliminate potential complaints between clients and manufacturing companies.

Instant Remover lets the installer save time and obtain state-of-the-art results, while following current regulations requiring the installer to clean the surface during the installation itself.
