The Armani Hotel Dubai is in the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. In this luxurious hotel, FILA provided the products and technologies for treatment of some of the most prestigious interior spaces. FILA was responsible for treatment of the Azul Bateig natural stone and Ermosa Limestone laid for flooring and wall coverings in the bathrooms in the hotel. The Azul Bateig stone was washed with PS87 PRO diluted in water to eliminate all residues caused by installation. Then two coats of the water-based protector W68 were applied to provide stain protection without altering the appearance of the material. The Ermosa Limestone was washed with CLEANER PRO and protected with FOB XTREME to create a barrier against water and greasy stains. Green Bamboo limestone was laid in the restaurant, washed with CLEANER PRO neutral detergent, while Black Granite polished and Cream honed finish were washed with PS87 PRO to eliminate any stains left during installation. All three materials were waterproofed with FOB XTREME stain protector to safeguard against dirt of any kind.
