In ensuring the enduring beauty of Exchange Square's external Agglotech floors, InOpera Group utilised FILA's advanced treatment system. Beginning with PW10 as a pre-laying treatment to prevent streak formation while preserving adhesion and grouting integrity, the process continued with CLEANER PRO for initial cleaning, which is crucial for maintaining the pristine appearance of architectural terrazzo. To fortify the material against moisture exposure, HYDROREP was meticulously applied to areas susceptible to water contact, ensuring long-term durability. FOB XTREME served as the final layer of defence, acting as an anti-stain sealer to minimise water absorption and protect against non-acidic staining agents. For routine maintenance, CLEANER PRO is the recommended neutral detergent, ensuring the enduring beauty of Exchange Square's external Agglotech floors for years to come.
