Surface care products used
Chiltern Contracts, entrusted with installing various surfaces at One Nine Elms, partnered with FILA to ensure these materials' long-lasting beauty and durability. For porcelain tiles throughout the development, FILA's CLEANER PRO was recommended for regular cleaning, while heavy-duty cleaning was tackled with PS87 PRO, ensuring pristine surfaces even in high-traffic areas. Internal Volakas Marble surfaces received specialised care with FILA's CLEAN&SHINE for regularly cleaning walls and tops and CLEANER PRO for the frequent and heavy-duty cleaning of floors, maintaining their elegant appearance over time.
The brushed matt limestone floors were treated to a comprehensive care regimen, starting with a pre-grouting treatment using PRW200 and followed by end-of-work cleaning with PS87 PRO. Sealing with MP90 ECO XTREME ensured long-term protection, while regular restoration cleaning was achieved with CLEANER PRO, ensuring the floors remained stunning and resilient. In the wine bar, where various honed natural stones were employed, including Turkish Black, Gris Pulpis, and Statuarietto, FILA's STONE PLUS provided adequate protection, maintaining the pristine appearance of these surfaces.
In the bathrooms, FILA's MP90 ECO EXTREME played a crucial role, offering superior defence for natural stone surfaces, including Volakas floors and some walls, vanities, luggage stones, bath surrounds, Absolute Black floors and vanities, Fusion Granite tops, and Calcatta Viola shelves and vanities. Additionally, DETERDEK PRO effectively cleaned the porcelain tiles in the pool area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
